Can I send my own case?

We understand that you may be disappointed about not being able to send your own case, but here at AlphaBetaPC, we have an extensive range of cases to meet your needs. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help you find the perfect case for your custom-built gaming desktop PC system. 

Can I purchase a system without graphics card, ram etc.?

Yes, you can, discover the world of options for your custom-built gaming desktop PC system at AlphaBetaPC. Whether you choose to assemble your own PC or go for our assembly service, we have you covered. While our warranty supports the installation of your own components, it’s important to ensure compatibility before purchasing. 

Can I trade-in my old computer?

Sorry, we currently can not accommodate this service. 

Which courier do you use?

We use DPD as our main courier.

How long does it take for delivery?

Standard build service is 7-14 working days but you can also opt for express build service within 3-5 working days.  In case you’re in a rush, we also have a wide range of ready-to-ship systems available. Additionally, once your system is all set, we’ll ship it to you for free with next-day delivery.

Warranty & Returns

Will I void warranty if i install my own components?
At AlphaBetaPC, we give you the freedom to customize your gaming desktop PC like no other computer manufacturer. Unlike most, we allow you to open the case and install your own components, keeping your warranty valid as long as they are installed correctly and your computer is not damaged in the process. Please note that we do not provide support for these components during installation or in use, and any warranty returns caused by your own components will incur labor and return costs. If you need to return your computer to us, we strongly recommend removing these components beforehand, as we cannot be held responsible for them. How long is the warranty for desktop pc?

All our fully built systems carry a 3-year limited warranty.  You can find more details by visiting our page here. 

How can I return my computer for repair?

If you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), simply log in to your account, navigate to “My Returns,” and click on “Request an RMA.” Please keep in mind that if your order is no longer under warranty, there will be charges for labour and collection/return fees (unless you choose to use your own courier). If you’re unsure whether you require an RMA, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. 

How long does the repairs take?

We understand the importance of efficient repair services for your custom-built gaming desktop PC. That’s why we strive to provide you with timely updates on the progress of your system. Typically, RMAs can take up to 2 weeks, depending on factors such as repair volume, stock availability, and issue complexity. 

Payment

Do you offer finance?

Sorry, we currently do not offer finance payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by bank transfer.

How long does the refund take?

Once the refund is processed it can take between 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account.
